The check-out process here provides us with all your information we need to receive your shoes (order # and name written on or in the box), email, shipping address, phone number, etc!
1. Select how many shoes you're shipping in the dropdown menu. Scroll down to see options to pay for additional insurance coverage. Without adding extra insurance, lost or damaged USPS priority mail packages are insured for only up to $100.
2. List what type of rubber you'd like on each pair of shoes. (Edge, Grip, C4, OME [og manufacturing equiptment] if you're not sure)
Write 'dropped off in person' if that's the case, and list the model of your shoes.

4. Mail your pair(s) of shoes to the below address, at your own cost. Clearly label your first and last name and order number on or inside of the package.

We will send you an invoice through email detailing the repairs needed. Pay your invoice as soon as you can.

Once your shoes are resoled and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info. Shoes are shipped through USPS.
WE WILL SHIP BACK SHOES THAT ARE IRREPAIRABLE/TOO FAR GONE FOR OUR POLICY - SEE CLIMBING SERVICES PAGE FOR PICTURES OF TOO FAR GONE.
