Shipping policy

Valley Shoe Repair uses USPS. Valley Shoe Repair is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. When USPS priority mail is used, there is automatically $100 insurance. The customer is responsible for filing any insurance claims. We do not take photos of the items in the box or of the box. 

If you return something, enter in the wrong shipping address, need to change the address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs. If we need to ship out again due to return-to-sender, wrong address entered, etc, then the customer is responsible for paying a $4.50 handling fee.
