Mail-In Repairs

We offer mail-in repairs for a variety of shoes and boots. Find the repair product below that is most similar to your shoe or the type of sole you want. Each product page has pictures of the available sole options. You are purchasing the actual repair. Ship your shoes to our shop with the carrier of your choice. Once we receive your shoes we will call you for a consultation to ensure all details are covered. During the call, an invoice will be sent to include anything else agreed upon between you and the cobbler, and the return shipping cost.

Frequently asked questions

Place your order. If you have any questions, concerns, or are generally new to repair, please text us a photo or two of your item to 760-418-5124. We can provide a text consult to guide you on your online purchase.

Once your order is placed, mail in your items to the shop using a carrier of your choice. Add your order number and make sure your first and last name on the shipping label match that of the order you placed online. You are not required to include your order confirmation page with your mailed items.

The cobbler will call you for a personal consultation within the week that the items are received. An invoice will be sent with the return shipping cost and any other costs that you and the cobbler discuss on the call. Pay the invoice upon receiving it.

Text a photo of the item to 760-418-5124 and we can guide you on which repair to purchase. All mail-in customers will receive a phone consultaion to ensure all details are covered.

Turnaround time for repairs varies between 2 and 4 weeks. An estimated return ship date will be given during the phone consultation. If you need them back by a certain date, we can usually accommodate.

Yes. Once they are packaged with a shipping label you will receive tracking info via email.

Yes. All repairs our completed by Birdie our master cobbler with support from our apprentice, Jamie.

Shipping them to our shop is your responsibility. Use the carrier of your choice. Return shipping is discussed on the consultation call after receiving your items. There will be USPS priority and ground advantage offered.
