Contact us with any questions by calling or texting 760-418-5124. Newbies to repair are welcome here. It's okay if you don't know what repairs you need!

You can always purchase the sole you want and wait for the consultation to see if any other components need replacing. Once we receive your item, we will call to discuss any other repairs.

An invoice will be emailed with the return shipping charges and any other repairs discussed.

1. Look for the category of repair that best fits your shoes or boots. Read through the details of that page, select the options that you think best fit your needs. Purchase the order. 
2. You're responsible for shipping your shoes to us. We do not provide the shipping label. Box up your shoes and mail them to: 55831 29 Palms Hwy, Yucca Valley, CA 92284 
   1. Write your first and last name and the order number on the box or shipping label. 
3. Save our number in your phone so you don't miss our consultation call.
4. We will email the invoice after talking with you. This will include return shipping cost, based on weight and dimensions, using USPS ground advantage. Pay as soon as you can to avoid delays.

And again, if you're new to this and or unsure what repair is best for you, or unsure if your footwear is even able to repaired, then send us a text with a couple photos of your items.
