Are my climbing shoes ready for a resole? (PROBABLY!)

No holes through the shoe (through the rubber AND then also through the leather) in any capacity. All stitching under the rubber, if exposed, is FULLY in tact. When considering the price, assume you need rand repair, however, feel free to only pay for your half or split sole if you're not sure. We always send an invoice for return shipping cost and other repair needs once we receive your shoes in the shop.

Too far gone

This is technically a hole through the leather. The leather has been thinned, any stitching worn through.

Besides the obvious hole, take a look at the outsole rubber on the top right of the image. Your climbing will be enhanced by using your shoes when they have an 'edge' of rubber in tact.

We used to repair shoes that are now considered too far gone for our policy. And when we opened them up, it was a total mess. The leather is thin, the stitching is all blown out. So we just don't waste our time anymore. Send your shoes in EARLY and OFTEN.
