What's your climbing shoe resole policy?

Rands (toe cap or large rand) will be put on at the discretion of the cobbler. They will only be put on if necessary. Assume you need them when considering the cost of your repairs. 

We DO NOT repair shoes formerly resoled by other resolers. We will mail them back to you unrepaired.

We only resole La Sportiva, Scarpa, Unparallel, and Butoras. We will not repair Drago models from Scarpa or Chaco sandals.

You must send in BOTH shoes in a pair (exceptions are made for disabled or amputee climbers)

Ensure your return address is completely correct and is a reliable address or PO Box to ship to- If your shoes are returned to sender/our shop, then you will pay the shipping fee again. 

All shoes are mailed via USPS. We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages! Ask to buy extra insurance if you want it.

If your shoes are too far gone for our policy, we will not repair them. Text us photos if you're unsure! 

If your shoes are left at the shop for over 90 days after we text you that they're ready for pick up, we have the right to sell or donate them. You can have them shipped to you; text us.

This is technically a hole through the leather. The leather has been thinned, any stitching worn through.

Besides the obvious hole, take a look at the outsole rubber on the top right of the image. Your climbing will be enhanced by using your shoes when they have an 'edge' of rubber in tact.

We used to repair shoes that are now considered too far gone for our policy. And when we opened them up, it was a total mess. The leather is thin, the stitching is all blown out. So we just don't waste our time anymore. Send your shoes in EARLY and OFTEN.
