Birdie was reluctant to bring Birkenstocks into his life... But a slip on clog with sturdy support was a gap he became willing to fill as we moved into winter of 2024. These feature the following:

  1. New Birkenstock deconstructed and outfitted with
  2. Leather sole
  3. Leather glue on welt
  4. Full-grain leather covering the exposed cork bed at the heel
  5. Custom full-grain leather strap and rivets
  6. Turquoise toe bug
  7. The footbed is lined with thin suede

To get this work done on your Birks would cost around $400.

Cobbler stands in front of sole stitcher with hand made apron of leather and green canvas.

This apron was used for close to a decade. It lives in retirement now, as it needs many repairs and Birdie wants to redesign it anyway. There will be another in the making at some point.
